Delivery Information & Returns Policy
We aim to disptach your order within 7 working days, you will receive an email from us with your parcel tracking number once your goods have been dispatched, a signature is required on delivery of your item.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however there may be times when you feel you need to return an item to us. Our return's policy is simple and the "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a *change of mind, you can return it direct to us (*courier charges apply )
Change of mind
We appreciate that you may have a change of heart; however, please check compliance with the following before you decide to return an item because you have changed your mind.
The goods must be unused, in the original packaging and in perfect, re-saleable condition
"Change of mind' items that are received incomplete/used/damaged or defective are non- refundable and you will be charged return courier costs.
There is no need to worry if you have had a change of heart with your purchase, within 7 working days of receipt simply return direct to us at the address below, or call us on 01749 890298 for us to arrange collection of the item. The costs of returning the goods to us and the orginal courier costs sending the item to you are non-refundable in this instance.
Refund of the item returned less any courirer charges will be refunded to your card once the item is confirmed as received in perfect re-saleable amount condition.
Faulty or Damaged item
Please notify our customer service team within the first 3 working days of receipt of your order if you believe the item you have received is faulty or damaged. Faulty or damage would be holes, tears, rips, split seams etc. Please remember due to the natural hide used differences in shading and feel of different parts of the item is part of the hides natural beauty and is not a defect and returns are non-refundable in this instance.
