Organic Beef

Rich succulent tender meat, makes a meal worth having. Hung in our chiller until it is literally falling off the bone - we suggest that you try some. The offal is in high demand too!
Organic Vegetables
Grown on our farm or by another local vegetable grower, our vegetables are fresh, look good and taste even better! We use old fashioned varieties bred for flavour not yield.
Organic Guernsey Yoghurt
The yoghurt that we produce from the milk from our herd of Guernsey cows is a live wholemilk product that is 95% fat free. We designed this delight with Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall, coming up with the River Cottage brand of live Guernsey yoghurt. It is exceedingly rich in nutrient qualities, analysis by Bristol University showing it be be very high in Omega 3's on comparison with other leading brands of organic yoghurt. So not only does it look and taste good but it is good for you too!
We combine this wonderful stuff with fresh organic purees made with only locally sourced fruit and a bit of organic sugar, vanilla or local honey - put it in a glass jar (made in the UK) to give you what we believe is a culinary dessert experience second to none!
