All products sold by Brown Cow Organics are made to a high standard by reputable manufacturers and conform to the relevant British Safety Standards.
If any item supplied by Brown Cow Organics is defective or unsuited to its designed purpose then please notify us immediately. We advise you to inspect the goods upon delivery. If you find them to be damaged then please inform us within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund your money in full.

Despatch & Delivery
If an item is to be despatched to a destination other than those listed on our shopping basket page then Brown Cow Organics reserves the right to adjust the delivery cost accordingly. We will notify you before doing so and await your instructions.
Someone should be on hand to take delivery at the address you specify for delivery. If this is not possible then specific delivery directions should be given.
By sending your order to Brown Cow Organics you are also confirming that you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Prices
The prices shown on this web site include VAT and exlcude delivery. UK VAT is charged at the current rate of 20% on VAT applicable purchases and delivery charges, as shown on the Order Form prior to purchase.
Orders from VAT registered companies in the EEC countries outside the UK will not be charged VAT on production of their VAT registration number. Within the EEC Countries, goods are in FREE CIRCULATION. VAT will not be charged for countries outside of the UK and EEC.
Outside of the EEC, Indian/Spanish Origin goods are delivered DUTY UNPAID. |
Credit Card Security
