Ordering from this website
Place your order via our online ordering system. Payment will not be taken until the day of despatch. Final order value for meat is calculated according to the final weight of the meat ordered.
Click & Collect - Collect direct from the farm, simply mark your order for collection at the checkout.
Delivery
Meat - delivered by next day dispatch service to UK Mainland only £10.00 delivery charge excl VAT. (currently excluding dairy).
Cow Hide Slippers - Delivery to UK Mainland addresses is included, please contact us for pricing for non Mainland and International delivery addresses.
Cow Hide Slippers Returns & Refund policy
Unwanted items can be returned for exchange or full refund (less the cost of delivery) provided they are returned within 7 workings days of purchase with a valid receipt or parcel summary document. They must be in an unworn/unused condition and in the original packaging.
Christmas Present returns policy - for items ordered as Christmas Gifts we offer an exchange service, please mark your order in the comments box 'Christmas Gift' and we will be able to exchange the item for an alternative colour or size for exchange requestes received up until the 8th January 2012 - simply provide your gift recipient with your original order number and name.
To return unwanted slippers, please send to Brown Cow Organics, Perridge Farm, Pilton, Shepton Mallet, Somerset BA4 4EW - Items received damaged or obviously worn will not be refunded - it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure returns are adequately packed to avoid damage during transit.
For return/refund of damaged slippers, please contact us by email in the first instance through our contact us page quoting your order reference number, your email address and daytime telephone number where we can contact with you and we will contact you to advise what to do next.
| Weights and Measures
Meat
The Approximate Pack Weight given is for the weight of the pack supplied to you. Some meat cuts can only be supplied in multiples of the given pack weight (eg Whole Beef Fillet comes in approximately 2kg cuts). In other cases the pack can vary between, say, 1kg and 6kg - we would supply starting at the lower weight but packs supplied for higher weights could be of the higher pack weight shown if the quantity were high enough. If you want specific weight cuts then please specify this with your order. Note that cost is per kg NOT per pack, even for items where a pack content quantity is shown, such as for sausages and gammon.
| Individual Items
This includes such things as Beefburgers where you order per unit item - eg 5 beefburgers.
| Yoghurts
Currently not available online for delivery from Brown Cow Organics, you may however order online or by telephone for collection from farm or one of our market days - alternatively you can order most of the Brown Cow Organics yoghurt flavours online from our online stockist Abel and Cole.
