Brown Cow Organics were delighted once again to provide our award winning organic food for festival goers staying at the Fly Glastonbury site during Glastonbury Festival 2011 - All the Brown Cow Organics food is produced less than a mile away from the Fly Glastonbury site.

We fed over 1400 people daily starting with Breakfast our gourmet handmade beef burgers, succulent dry cured bacon, sweet sausage, golden rich eggs and mushrooms with a taste of local cheese, plus lashings of our rich creamy yoghurt cascading over chilled fresh fruit salad and locally handmade patisseries & organic cereals. Throughout the day we had a selection from from our Bar-B-Q & daily changing specials board (such as Brown Cow Faggots & Mash, locally made savoury tarts; slow Brown cow roast pork, Asian noodle Salad). Then post music munchies time we provided hot soup of the day & locally produced pies such as - Lamb, Chick Pea & Chorizo; Chicken, Leek with Lemon Thyme; Mushroom, Spinach, with Hazelnuts' & white truffle oil (v); Mixed bean in a fennel sauce (v).

We also ran a beverage facility serving rich dark espresso, frothy cappuccino & other speciality coffees, warming teas and freshly pressed orange juice. to sup with our delectable food.

The Brown Cow Organics marquee had plenty of ample seating to sit back, revelling in the mouth wateringly good food, listening to the festival music and taking in the wonderful ambience of Fly Glastonbury, all in comfortable knowledge that regular revellers down on the main site were unable to lap up such luxury.

For those of you not familiar with Fly Glastonbury they operate from Winding lake Farm just 400 meters from the festival site, providing a beautiful place to stay and relax, away from the heavy buzz of the festival; yet only a short distance from the main stage. Fly Glastonbury visitors are principally music industry personnel, bands and artists, celebrities, as well as members of the public seeking privacy and security, in comfortable luxurious accommodation, Fly give glamping a whole new meaning!
