ORDERING
You can order our organic beef online or by fax. To discuss your requirements before ordering, or simply to order by phone call 01749 890298 between 10am-1pm. Monday-Friday.
Each individual order is butchered, cut or made on the day of despatch and delivered the next working day (excluding Saturdays) - Please order by 10am the previous day (we usually ship Tuesday, Wednesday & Thurday) ensuring that our packaging is kept to a minimum and that you receive the freshest, tastiest food direct from our farm to your door..
GIVING DELIVERY/COLLECTION INSTRUCTIONS WHEN ORDERING
Whatever service you choose, please mark in the comments box when ordering online or advise when placing your order by phone your required delivery date or collection date/time/location for your order - we will then confirm receipt of your order and confirmation of your requested delivery & produce requirements.

| MEAT DELIVERY/COLLECTION NFORMATION
COURIER
Meat orders are dispatched usually on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for next day delivery - Please mark the day/date you require your order to arrive in the comments box when you order online. To ensure delivery by the weekend, please place your order with us by 10am on Wednesday morning.
DELIVERY CHARGE
£10.00 delivery charge (VAT additional at prevailing rate) for next day delivery service (for meat only & UK Mainland currently). We are unable to give or arrange timed deliveries; parcels can be left in a designated location if marked on your order, however if the parcel is not signed for Brown Cow Organics are unable to take responsibility for either the loss of the parcel or the condition of the contents - we therefore strongly recommend that someone is available to take and sign for you order.
COLLECT FROM FARM OR MARKET
You can also collect from us at the farm at a pre-arranged time/day or you may order meat and dairy in advance by any method for you to collect from any of our markets - simply mark which market and date on your order in the comments box or tell us in your fax/phone call.

| SLIPPER DELIVERY INFORMATION
Currently we are only shipping to UK Mainland destinations and the price of our slippers includes delivery to a UK mainland address.
We will be expanding our delivery to UK islands, the EU zone and International locations in the very near future, please check here for updates and our Facebook.
