You can elect to collect your christmas order from us at these Christmas markets when ordering. It is vitally important that you arrive well before our departure time to ensure you can collect your order.
We're looking forward to helping you plan a wonderful Brown Cow Organics Chirstmas Season with your friends and family and we've got a delectable selection for you to choose from. Cooking instructions are supplied with every order and special recipies with some of our Special Offer items.
This year we have Norfolk Black Organic Turkeys , Free Range Goose, Organic Beef, Specialities, Accompaniments (such as stuffings, sausages, chipolatoes, bacon), Organic Gammon, yoghurts (including our Christmas Pudding flavour!) and a selection of Special Offers only available to our Christmas Order customers.
Rick Stein said that all he wanted for Christmas was some Brown Cow Sirloin - so what will your order be? Don't forget our sensational Norfolk Black Organic Turkeys reared on a small organic farm close by, homecured gammons rich in flavour, and to make it all so simple an array of stuffings & sausages.
Our traditional Norfolk Black Organic turkeys are reared on a very small farm close by that, like us is registered with the Soil Association. During the day the birds have access to pasture and orchards grazing the fresh grass within sight of Glastonbury Tor. They are fed on a 100% organic diet consisting of home grown beans and cereals. Nearer Christmas the turkey, once prepared, hangs for a couple of weeks in a cold store, allowing the flavour to develop and meat to mature - the end result being a succulent rich tender Norfolk Black Organic turkeys for you to enjoy.
Delia Smiths 'Christmas' cookbook says of Norfolk Black turkey "it does have a more pronounced and infinitely better flavour."
