"The best tasting beef I have ever experienced"
There is good meat in this country, even some very good, but these beef ribs are absolutely out of this world, they looks great raw but braised for 3 hours in grape juice then basted with 'jones bones' zinfendal and port glaze and roasted on high basting every 10 mins for 30 mins produces the best tasting beef I have ever experienced. The fat to meat ratio produces a melt In the mouth rich flavour that was scoffed down with much gusto, in the end the sauce was totally unnecessary as the meat was so packed with flavour. Thank you so much Brown Cow you are surely going to become the favourite 'Jones Bones' meat provider. Simply brilliant. Now I have to make sure that my ribs last until our 'Jones Bones' night. "The fillet of beef incredible and the gammon really wonderful"
Just had to write and let you know that this year's Christmas Order was the best ever - the turkey was delicious, the fillet of beef incredible and the gammon really wonderful (I especially liked the fact that it was in a net which meant it held together beautifully and was easier to cut). "I just thought I would write as your beef was delivered to me today; before I put it in the freezer my son and I decided to sample the rump steak. Oh my Goodness.... your beef is SOOOOO GORGEOUS!!!!
