Selling our Organic Beef, the most talked about beef in the UK, Hung in our chiller until it is literally falling off the bone - we suggest that you try some. The offal is in high demand too! Raved about by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Jamie Oliver, Rick Stein and Henrietta Green.
Also available is our Organic Guernsey Yoghurt; produced from the milk from our herd of Guernsey cows it's a live wholemilk product that is only 5% fat . It is exceedingly rich in nutrient qualities, an analysis by Bristol University showed it be be very high in Omega 3's in comparison with other leading brands of organic yoghurt. So not only does it look and taste good but it is good for you too! We combine this wonderful stuff with fresh organic purees made with only locally sourced fruit and some organic sugar, vanilla or local honey; we believe our yoghurts are a culinary dessert experience second to none!
