Brown Cow Organics are artisan producers of organic beef and organic yoghurts; our organic produce has us won over thirty award todate and still counting! We are based at our award winning Perridge Farm in the village of Pilton, Somerset; specialising in bringing you the very best local fresh organic food.
Organic beef from our male bulls all born and reared at Perridge Farm; our organic beef is endorsed by many chefs and food industry peers including; Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Rick Stein, Jamie Oliver and Sheila Dillon.
Artisan made on our organic farm, Brown Cow Organics organic yoghurts are produced using only our own organic A2 beta casein protein rich whole milk from our dairy Guernsey herd. Our small team of dedicated local people hand make the organic yoghurts that are then hand poured into recyclable, re-usable pots. This artisan process produces naturally thick rich organic yoghurt without using emulsifiers, stabilisers or thickeners. Our organic yoghurt is never homogenised nor pumped as this would destroy its molecular makeup and natural creaminess.
